About this event
Title: Mythopoetics of Enchantment: Fiction and Imagination for Lasting Change
This presentation will focus on modern myth-making through fiction, with an eye on how fiction can promote real-world change. Myth, imagination, and storytelling have been used as a wisdom path melding reflection and action in many cultures and at many times in history. Join us for a look at how imaginative fiction works today on behalf of personal and collective transformation. We will also hear about enchantivism, the use of storied practices and performance for collective visionings of more desirable futures.
